Good news, the Clic Social pilot phase has finally launched! The 6-month testing phase involves the CIUSSS and community organizations from the territory of the CIUSSS West Central. 

What is Clic Social exactly?

Clic Social is an online platform of available community resources that healthcare professionals and community workers can refer patients to. You can print or send this referral to the patient via email with the simple click of a button.

We wish for Clic Social to be the meeting point between both the healthcare and community sectors. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the healthcare system and the community sector by facilitating access for those in need to existing complementary resources. We hope that Clic Social will help to lessen our collective workload, share our expertise with each other and hopefully collaborate to reduce the strain in our current healthcare system. 

How you can help 

During the pilot phase, there are four simple ways you can do today to help make the Clic Social project a success:

1. Are you a community organization? If so, register your organization on Clic Social! 

If your organization is already registered on the Clic Social platform, please take a minute to verify that the information is accurate. You should have already received an email from us detailing the steps to log onto your profile and confirm that the details provided are accurate and up to date. 

2. Register as a social prescriber

Becoming a prescriber on Clic Social is easy. Healthcare professionals or community workers can register here, it takes only a few minutes!

3. Give us your feedback!

Once you have registered, as an organization or a prescriber, we hope you will use the Clic Social platform and let us know what you think. It is only with your input that we can improve this platform and ensure it meets the needs and realities of our community. 

4. Spread the word! 

Let your network and other organizations know about this great project. They can register on the platform by using the “register your organization” button on top of the home page.
