Sign up for Clic Social 

Once you have obtained the information you want about Clic Social, you may decide to register. When you create an account on our website, you will be asked for information such as your first and last name, email address, the organization you work for, your phone number and your address.
Why: We use this information to create your account on our website and to be able to identify front-line workers who use Clic Social. This information is also used to create your profile on our website, allowing our other users to know the identity of the practitioners who have created social prescriptions for clients who have been referred to them.
Please note, however, that if you refuse to provide us with the requested personal information, we may not be able to create your profile.

Using Clic Social 

Once your account with Clic Social has been created, you can now use our website to create client profiles, create social prescriptions or consult social prescriptions that have been referred to you. Several pieces of information will be collected when using our website.
We collect: last name, first name, email address, telephone number, age, gender and territory of residence and ethnicity of the customers for whom you create profiles. In addition, we collect certain information about the medical or socio-economic status of the clients for whom social prescriptions are created as well as the agencies and other resources to which these clients are referred. Finally, we collect the last date you logged into your account on our website as well as any information you voluntarily give us.
Why: We collect this personal information for statistical purposes and to allow the service providers to whom clients may be referred to identify and contact these clients. In addition, this information allows our staff to have an overview of the client’s situation and the intervention plans in place.
Please note that you must obtain the prior consent of any individual whose information you share on our platform.

Passwords: Only the unique password associated with the personal account created at the time of your registration on the Clic Social website allows access to this account. To protect the confidentiality of this data, you should not reveal your password to anyone.

Contacting Us

You may wish to contact us to provide feedback, report a problem, inform us of a change in the services provided by a resource or in their status, share the existence of a new resource, or simply ask us a question. With whom do we share your data and why?

We do not sell our users’ personal information under any circumstances. Your information is shared only in accordance with this Policy. this Policy, however, we may share your personal information with the following parties:

We will destroy this data at the end of this period, or if you decide to withdraw your consent. If you so request, once your data has been deleted, you will receive confirmation that your request has been processed.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in an inappropriate manner.

For example, our Website uses the HTTPS protocol for communications, secured by an SSL certificate. We also ensure that personal information in our possession can only be accessed by individuals who need to access it in order to do their jobs.
